The cost for the private experience is $550 and the fully customized personalized gifting box is $85 and a 50% deposit of $317.50 is due at the time of purchase. The remaining 50% will be collected once the gift recipient confirms the event date. Scheduling will be arranged by mutual agreement, with as much flexibility and availability offered as possible.
Additional Terms: The experience must be redeemed within 24 months of purchase and is subject to mutual availability. Pricing covers up to 4 guests within San Francisco Bay Area. The initial payment reserves the experience, changes requested at least 48 hours before the confirmed event may be transferred once to a mutually available date. Changes within 48 hours, late arrivals and no-shows may result in forfeiture of amounts paid. If the provider must postpone because of illness, unsafe conditions, severe weather or circumstances beyond reasonable control, all payments will transfer to a rescheduled date. The host is responsible for suitable space with guidance provided and additional time, guests or travel may incur additional charges agreed upon in advance.
